Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus announces 2026 training programs

The Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus (AnAD) has approved multi-business training programs scheduled for the second half of 2026. With a total budget of €32.3 million, these initiatives aim to provide training for 99,200 employees and unemployed individuals. The curriculum covers all sectors of the economy, focusing on green and digital transitions, artificial intelligence, robotics, business management, and occupational health and safety. The programs are intended to enhance productivity, competitiveness, and business resilience. Training will be delivered by AnAD-certified vocational training centers using accredited structures and certified lifelong learning instructors. Interested participants must submit applications through the Ermis system to the respective training centers. Applications should be filed either before the start of the program or before 25% of the total program duration has elapsed. The initiatives are categorized into three main segments, including continuous training for employees, self-employed persons, and registered unemployed individuals.
