Tal Dilian confirms sale of Predator software to Greek government in court document

Businessman Tal Dilian has submitted a document to an Israeli court stating that his company supplied the Predator spyware to the Greek government. This disclosure emerged during a defamation lawsuit filed by Dilian against an alleged victim of surveillance. Lawyer Zacharias Kesses, representing victims of the surveillance scandal, argued that this is the first time the sale to the Greek state has been explicitly documented in official legal proceedings. Dilian asserts that the transaction was legal and that his company was not involved in the subsequent use of the software. Previously, Dilian had only spoken in general terms about collaborating with various government agencies. Kesses is now calling on Greek judicial authorities to reopen and expedite their investigation into the matter.
