Apollon Limassol returns to Cyprus after Netherlands training camp

Apollon Limassol has concluded its training camp in the Netherlands and returned to Cyprus to finalize preparations for the upcoming Conference League matches. Striker Jan Ozbolt followed a specialized fitness program during the camp to recover from a physical issue and did not participate in friendly matches. Coach Hernan Losada aims to integrate him into the squad, with a potential appearance in the upcoming friendly against AEK scheduled for next Thursday. The team is currently ten days away from its first official competitive fixtures of the season. While the club is pursuing further reinforcements in central defense, the forward line, and the wings, time constraints make new arrivals before the European matches difficult. Consequently, coach Losada is preparing the team primarily using the core group of players who attended the training camp in the Netherlands.
