AEL Limassol reinforces squad with Stefano Denswil and Andreas Karo

AEL Limassol has officially announced the acquisition of Dutch-Surinamese defender Stefano Denswil, who signed a three-year contract running until 2029. Denswil, 33, joins from Kayserispor, bringing extensive experience from leagues in the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, and Turkey, as well as international caps for Suriname. The club also confirmed the signing of 29-year-old Cypriot defender Andreas Karo, who has committed to a contract until the summer of 2028. These moves are part of a broader defensive reinforcement plan led by the club's management and coach Hugo Martins. Meanwhile, AEL has officially parted ways with veteran striker Andreas Makris by mutual consent after his long-term service to the team.
