Polemidia municipality completes bridge renovation at city entrance

The Municipality of Polemidia has completed a maintenance and aesthetic upgrade project at the city's main entrance. Work conducted on the gateway bridge included repainting the structure in grey and orange, and maintaining the existing wooden flooring. Additionally, the municipality installed new illuminated signage reading “WELCOME TO POLEMIDIA.” Mayor Andros Theodorou stated that the project is part of a broader municipal effort to improve the appearance and quality of urban public spaces. According to the municipal administration, these interventions aim to make the city more functional and welcoming for both residents and visitors.
