Time magazine reports on Israeli-funded digital campaign targeting US conservatives
According to Time magazine, the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs contracted the global advertising firm Havas to promote pro-Israel sentiment among American conservatives. Havas subsequently engaged Clock Tower X, a firm led by former Donald Trump campaign manager Brad Parscale, to execute the digital strategy starting in September 2025. The contract was valued at 1.5 million dollars per month and aimed to generate at least 100 digital posts monthly, with 80 percent targeting Gen Z through platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and podcasts. The project committed to reaching over 50 million digital impressions monthly. The initiative reportedly aimed to maintain support for Israel among the MAGA movement, particularly following a ceasefire agreement between the United States and Iran. However, after the ceasefire, some segments of the MAGA movement criticized Donald Trump on social media. US Vice President J.D. Vance allegedly reacted to these findings by accusing Israeli government circles of undermining the ceasefire negotiations. The report is based on documentation reviewed by the magazine.
