Nea Salamina signs defender Florent Hanin

Nea Salamina Famagusta has announced the signing of 36-year-old French defender Florent Hanin. The agreement is for one year with an option for an additional year. Hanin, born on February 4, 1990, plays as both a central defender and a left-back. He brings extensive experience from the French leagues, recording 58 appearances in the top division and 120 in the second tier. Throughout his career, he has played for clubs including Belenenses and Vitoria de Guimaraes in Portugal, as well as Paris FC in France. His most recent team was Angers SCO, where he competed in the French top flight during the 2025-2026 season. The deal was finalized by the club's Board of Directors in coordination with the Planning Committee.
