EKO participates in the Minds in Cyprus 2026 recruitment events

On June 22 and 23, 2026, the Cypriot government and Invest Cyprus organized the Minds in Cyprus initiative in Birmingham and London. The events aimed to connect Cypriot professionals living in the United Kingdom with employers based in Cyprus. A total of 24 companies and organizations participated, offering over 110 specialized positions in sectors including energy, technology, finance, research, and innovation. EKO was among the participating entities, represented by its Human Resources Director, Thalia Kaitatzidou. The initiative attracted more than 350 Cypriot professionals residing in the UK. The goal of these sessions was to present career development opportunities in the domestic market to the diaspora. EKO utilized the meetings to discuss potential recruitment and professional growth prospects within the company. These efforts form part of a broader state strategy to attract highly skilled human capital back to Cyprus.
