Stavros Floros, a 22-year-old contestant on the reality show Survivor, has returned to Greece approximately two months after a severe accident. The incident occurred while he was spearfishing at a beach in the Dominican Republic. The injuries sustained necessitated the amputation of his left leg. Following the operation, Floros was transferred to Miami to undergo specialized medical treatment and a rehabilitation program.
