Iranian agency Fars circulates video allegedly showing Trump's motorcade route
The Iranian news agency Fars, considered close to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, released a video titled 'Where to kill Trump?' on Telegram. The video, a version of which was removed from the X platform, allegedly identifies a bridge as a vulnerable point on the route to Donald Trump's residence in Mar-a-Lago, Florida. However, reports note that the route shown in the video does not match publicly available maps of the area. U.S. President Trump previously stated at a NATO summit in Ankara that he is a primary target for Iran. This incident occurs amid calls from Iranian leadership for retaliation following the death of Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. Khamenei was killed in an Israeli airstrike on his official residence on February 28. Security protocols for Trump's travel in Florida were previously adjusted in January 2026 after a suspicious object was discovered at an airport.
