Emergency medical response for a toddler on a bus

On the morning of Monday, July 20, a two-year-old child suffered from convulsions while traveling on a bus. Reports indicate the incident occurred on a route between Paphos and Nicosia, with one source specifically noting the Paphos-Limassol motorway area. Nurses who happened to be passengers on the bus provided immediate assistance alongside the bus driver. An ambulance was dispatched following an emergency call, meeting the bus near the Kornos exit. Riana Konstantinou, head of the Ambulance Service, confirmed that the service responded promptly to the scene. The child was successfully transferred to the hospital. Medical authorities have since confirmed that the child is in good health and currently receiving care.
