Antonio Portales joins Omonia 29M

Omonia 29M has officially announced the signing of Mexican footballer Antonio Portales. The 30-year-old central defender, born on May 16, 1996, can also play as a defensive midfielder. Portales arrives from the Mexican club Tampico Madero. His contract is reportedly set for one year with an option for an additional year. Throughout his career, he has played for several clubs in Mexico, including Monterrey, San Luis, and Atlante, while his only previous European experience was with the Scottish club Dundee. This transfer marks a significant addition for the newly promoted Cypriot first-division side.
