Leopard attack at a liquor store in Tontaraising, India

A wild leopard entered a liquor store in the Tontaraising region of India, attacking a 25-year-old employee. Security footage shows the employee successfully repelling the animal and trapping it inside the shop by lowering a metal shutter. The leopard had previously attacked a forest department volunteer who was responding to reports of the animal's presence. Authorities confirmed that a total of three people were injured during the animal's rampage through the area. Following the containment of the leopard in the store, a five-hour operation was launched by wildlife experts. The market area was evacuated and cordoned off for public safety. Wildlife officials successfully neutralized the animal using a tranquilizer dart to end the incident.
