Supreme court upholds search warrant for Limassol night club

The court dismissed these claims, ruling that the sworn statement provided by a police officer offered sufficient evidence to establish reasonable suspicion. The judges determined that the information presented met the required legal threshold for the issuance of the warrant. Consequently, the court affirmed that the search warrant was both lawful and justified. The defense's arguments regarding the insufficiency of the informant's claims were explicitly rejected by the bench.
