Aston Villa has officially completed the signing of 22-year-old Argentine winger Alejandro Garnacho on a loan agreement from Chelsea. The move follows the Birmingham club’s recent €70 million acquisition of Johan Manzambi from Freiburg last Friday. Under the terms of the deal, Garnacho joins Villa for the remainder of the season to strengthen the team's attacking options following the departure of Morgan Rogers to Chelsea.

The transfer was initiated after it became clear that Garnacho was not part of head coach Xabi Alonso’s plans for the upcoming season. Aston Villa manager Unai Emery personally approved the pursuit of the winger to fill the void in the squad's offensive lineup. The agreement allows for the player to relocate immediately, with the clubs finalizing the move on July 23 to ensure the athlete can participate in domestic and European fixtures for his new side.
