Market data indicates that for a one-bedroom apartment, average monthly rents are 600-650 euros in Nicosia, 1,000-1,100 euros in Limassol, 500-600 euros in Larnaca, and 500-550 euros in Paphos. For two-bedroom apartments, prices range from 800-900 euros in Nicosia, 1,400-1,500 euros in Limassol, and 700-800 euros in both Larnaca and Paphos. Kynigeirou noted that the Council has submitted various proposals to the state aimed at stabilizing and reducing these costs, though these initiatives have not yet received a response.
