The Limassol District Self-Government Organization (EOA) announced on July 22, 2026, the launch of an overhauled digital WebGIS platform. This initiative is part of the organization's broader digital transformation strategy, aiming to provide citizens, professionals, and other interested parties with modernized and reliable tools for accessing geographical and urban planning information.

The new web interface offers users access to critical data, including the locations of hazardous buildings, administrative boundaries for water supply and sewerage networks, the placement of green collection points, and various land-related and town-planning information. The platform is accessible via the EOA Limassol official website.

The organization stated that the platform has been redesigned to be more user-friendly and transparent, facilitating easier data retrieval for the public.
