Police in Cyprus investigate multiple criminal incidents in Nicosia and Limassol

In Nicosia, police are searching for 24-year-old Kyrillos Zoria Lambrou in connection with a theft committed on July 18, 2026. In Limassol, investigators are pursuing an unidentified suspect linked to a violent incident on July 20, 2026. The individual faces charges including conspiracy, assault, possession of a knife, and extortion. Reports indicate the motive for this specific attack, which involved a company owner and an employee, stems from financial disputes. Separately, police are investigating another robbery that occurred around midnight on July 27, 2026, where two hooded individuals assaulted a kiosk employee in Limassol and stole a small sum of money.
