The incident began around 15:25 when the man descended from the platform at the Agia Paraskevi station and proceeded on foot toward the Chalandri station.

Police officers from the DIAS team in Northeastern Attica responded to the scene at approximately 15:35. After coordinating with station staff, authorities located the suspect inside the tunnel, approximately 200 meters from the Chalandri station. Reports indicate the individual, described as a Sudanese national, was shouting slogans during the encounter.
