The Athletic Union of Pano Polemidia (AEPP) has significantly reinforced its squad for the 2026/27 football season by securing several young players on loan. On July 26, 2026, the club officially announced the acquisition of 18-year-old attacking midfielder Christos Charalambous and 18-year-old defensive player Ioannis Polyviou, both arriving on loan from Apollon Limassol to continue their development.

Following these acquisitions, AEL Limassol also announced on July 27, 2026, that it would loan out six young players to gain more first-team experience. Among these, Christakis Neofytidis (born 2007) and Stylianos Christodoulou (born 2007) have been sent to AEPP. Other players from AEL were distributed to various clubs, including PAEEK Kerynias, Akritas Chlorakas, MEAP Pera Chorio, and Ermis Aradippou.
