Panathinaikos AKTOR has officially informed Hapoel Tel Aviv that American guard Jerian Grant is not available for transfer. This decision follows recent reports from Sport5 suggesting that Hapoel, managed by Dimitris Itoudis, had initiated contact with the Greek club to explore the terms of a potential acquisition.

Although Hapoel Tel Aviv expressed a willingness to pay a buyout fee to secure the player, Panathinaikos management firmly declined the request. The club clarified that Grant remains a key part of their roster and is currently under contract, effectively removing him from the trade market.

Jerian Grant has been with Panathinaikos for the past three seasons, contributing significantly to the team's rotation. During the previous season, he maintained averages of 6.9 points, 1.7 rebounds, and 3.5 assists per game. Following this rejection, no further negotiations regarding the player are expected to take place between the two organizations.
