University of Nicosia launches new joint global health bachelor's degree

The University of Nicosia has officially announced the launch of a new three-year, English-taught Bachelor of Science program titled "Science, Management and Politics in Global Health." Developed under the NEOLAiA European University Alliance, the program has been accredited by the Cyprus Agency of Quality Assurance and Accreditation in Higher Education (CYQAA) and recognized by corresponding authorities in partner countries.

The curriculum features a mandatory mobility component during the third year, where students will study at either the University of Jaén in Spain, the University of Salerno in Italy, or the Šiauliai State University of Applied Sciences in Lithuania. Upon completion, graduates will receive a single joint degree title issued by the University of Nicosia and its primary partners. During the first semester of the third year, students will have the opportunity to specialize in Data Analysis for Global Health, Information and Communication in Global Health, or Management of Global Health, depending on their chosen mobility host.
