Pafos FC transfers Guessand to Kalamata

Pafos FC is reportedly set to loan 21-year-old defender Axel Guessand to the Greek club Kalamata for the upcoming season. According to journalist Salvatore Ferrante, the French-Ivorian center-back will move to the Greek Super League following limited playing time in Cyprus. Guessand, who stands 1.92 meters tall, joined Pafos a year ago and previously played for clubs including Udinese and Volendam, but he is no longer part of Ricardo Sa Pinto's core tactical plans.
