Police search for two missing teenagers in Cyprus

Cypriot authorities have issued public appeals to locate two missing teenagers in separate incidents reported in Larnaca and Paphos. The first case involves 18-year-old Chrysovalantis Andreou, who was reported missing from his residence in Larnaca on the afternoon of July 27, 2026. He was last seen wearing a khaki tracksuit and black athletic shoes.

The second case concerns 17-year-old Ali Alhammoud, who has been missing from his home in Paphos since July 26, 2026. The report regarding his disappearance was officially filed with the police on July 28, 2026. Alhammoud is described as having a normal physique, standing approximately 1.70 meters tall, with short black hair.

The police are currently seeking assistance from the public to help locate both individuals. Anyone with relevant information is urged to contact the Paphos CID at 26-806021 for the case of Ali Alhammoud, or the Larnaca CID at 24804065 for the case of Chrysovalantis Andreou. Citizens may also report information to any local police station or via the Citizen’s Line at 1460.
