Real estate sales: Where the most expensive deal occurred in 2026

During the first half of 2026, the total value of the 50 most expensive real estate transactions in Cyprus reached 286.4 million euros, according to Ask Wire. The largest single deal occurred in Moni, Limassol, involving fields with a building for 55 million euros. Limassol remains the dominant market, accounting for over half of the total value of the top transactions, followed by Paphos, Nicosia, Famagusta, and Larnaca.
