Cyprus property market sees €286.4 million in top transactions during first half of 2026
During the first six months of 2026, the 50 highest-value property transactions in Cyprus reached a combined total of €286.4 million. Data released by the real estate analytics firm Ask Wire highlights the distribution and financial scale of these major real estate investments across the island's districts.
The ten most expensive transactions alone accounted for €161.7 million, with the largest single sale being a plot of land with an existing building in Moni, Limassol, valued at €55 million. Limassol remains the primary hub for high-value real estate, claiming six of the top ten nationwide sales worth €117.2 million. The broader regional analysis shows Limassol's top ten deals reached €148.2 million, representing 51.7% of the total value of the top 50 transactions. Meanwhile, Paphos recorded three of the top ten national deals worth €35.5 million, and Larnaca recorded one worth €9 million.
