Renewed debate surrounding the Guterres Framework and Crans-Montana talks

As a new visit by the UN Secretary-General is announced, political discourse in Cyprus has returned to the long-standing debate over the Guterres Framework and the unresolved issues from the 2017 Crans-Montana summit.
