Met office issues new yellow heat warning for wednesday

The Department of Meteorology has issued a yellow weather warning for high temperatures across the region this Wednesday. Residents are advised to take precautions between 2:00 pm and 4:30 pm, as inland temperatures are forecasted to reach 40 degrees Celsius. Seasonal low pressure and warm air masses will maintain temperatures slightly above average through Saturday.
