Public meetings scheduled for Pan-Cyprian Cooperative Company share offering
The Pan-Cyprian Cooperative Company for Holdings and Promotion of Cooperation Ltd has announced a series of regional public meetings starting July 30, 2026. These sessions aim to inform citizens about the terms and subscription process for the public offering of 42 million new company shares, following the approval of the prospectus by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission.
The meetings will take place in various locations, including the Astromeritis Cultural Center (July 30), Triptolemos in Evrychou (August 4), Marathasa (August 5), Koula Pilavaki Cafe in Kampos (August 6), and the Olympos Cinema in Pelendri (August 27). The company president, Panikos Chambas, noted that assistance will be provided for citizens over 50 years of age who may face challenges with the digital aspects of the subscription process, with two designated individuals appointed in each community to offer support.
Prospective investors are advised to carry their identification, bank card, and details of a bank account to the meetings. These initiatives were organized in collaboration with the Union of Cyprus Communities, though one source also mentions the Union of Municipalities as a partner in the coordination of these information sessions.
