The couple, who held a wedding ceremony in Athens on May 16 followed by a celebratory party in Paros in late June, is currently traveling to Greenland for their honeymoon.

During the flight to their destination, the couple celebrated Cerella's 40th birthday. Oikonomakou shared details of the event on social media on July 30, 2026, featuring photos and a video of a small cake and candle provided to her husband while they were flying over Greenland. The actress described the gesture as a memorable way to mark the start of their journey together as a married couple.
