PERHA Group launches four-day work week pilot in August 2026
The People & Culture consultancy firm PERHA Group has announced a pilot initiative to implement a four-day working week throughout August 2026. Employees at the organization will be granted every Friday off without any reduction in their current salary or benefits, aiming to promote wellbeing while maintaining existing levels of productivity and service quality.
Founder and Director Marianna Hadjiandoniou stated that the move is designed to lead by example, as the company frequently advises other organizations on modern workplace strategies. By testing the model internally, the firm aims to demonstrate that workplace flexibility, trust, and accountability can improve employee engagement and recharge staff without sacrificing performance. The initiative is based on the philosophy that modern workplace ideas should be experienced rather than just recommended to clients.
Throughout the month of August, the company will assess the impact of the condensed schedule on overall output and employee wellbeing. This pilot is part of a broader commitment to exploring future working methods that balance operational efficiency with a healthier, more sustainable organizational culture.
