Union Saint-Gilloise forward Mohammed Fuseini assaulted in Brussels robbery

On July 28, 2026, 24-year-old professional footballer Mohammed Fuseini, a Ghanaian forward for Union Saint-Gilloise, was the victim of a violent robbery in the center of Brussels. Footage of the incident circulating online shows a group of five hooded individuals approaching the player while he was sitting in his vehicle.
