Nea Salamina concludes pre-season training and prepares for season opener

Nea Salamina has officially concluded its primary pre-season training camp in Poland and has returned to its base in Meneou, Cyprus. Under the guidance of coach Angel Lopez, the team is now continuing its preparations for the upcoming championship opener through a series of friendly matches.

The club is set to host its official season kickoff event today, July 31, at the Ammochostos-Epistrofi Stadium at 19:00. The program includes a greeting from the club president at 19:00, followed by the presentation of the roster and coaching staff at 19:10, a blessing ceremony, and the first official training session before the fans at 19:30. The administration has urged supporters to attend in large numbers to demonstrate solidarity as the club returns to the A' Division.

Following their promotion, the primary goal for Nea Salamina is to stabilize their position in the top tier of Cypriot football. The team aims to build a competitive squad capable of meeting the high demands of the A' Division, with management focusing on unity and long-term stability.
