Two 15-year-old girls reported missing in Nicosia

Cypriot authorities have launched a search for two 15-year-old girls who went missing in Nicosia on July 31, 2026. Constantina Adamidou was last seen at her home at approximately 2:30 p.m. She is described as having a thin build, being 1.73 meters tall, and having long, dark brown hair. Meanwhile, Sotiroulla Oikonomidou has also been reported missing from her residence since the same date. She is described as having a thin build, standing approximately 1.50 meters tall, with a dark complexion. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a white t-shirt, black long trousers, and white sneakers.

The Cyprus Police have issued public appeals for information regarding the whereabouts of both teenagers. Citizens who possess any relevant information are urged to contact the Nicosia Criminal Investigation Department (TAE) at 22802222, their nearest police station, or the Citizen's Line at 1460. Investigations are ongoing, and the authorities are actively seeking the public's assistance to ensure the safe location and return of the missing individuals.
