Despite an early lead and a strong first half, Cyprus was overtaken in the third quarter due to rebounding struggles, resulting in a 22nd place finish and relegation to Division C. Kyriakos Konstantinou led the scoring for Cyprus with 16 points, while Ukraine dominated the boards to secure their victory.
