Panathinaikos interested in signing Levi Garcia
Panathinaikos is actively pursuing the acquisition of 28-year-old forward Levi Garcia to strengthen its attacking lineup. The Trinidad and Tobago international, who previously played for AEK Athens, currently competes for Spartak Moscow but has recently expressed his desire to leave the Russian club. Panathinaikos views the player as a versatile option capable of performing both as a winger and as a central striker, citing his familiarity with the Greek league and his proven physical attributes as key advantages.
During his previous stint at AEK, Garcia recorded 56 goals and 27 assists across 160 appearances. The move is reportedly supported by Panathinaikos manager Jacob Neestrup, who believes the player's athletic profile fits well into his tactical philosophy. While the club faces significant competition for his signature, negotiations are underway as the team seeks to secure a high-quality replacement for its offensive front before the transfer window closes.
