APOEL concludes Dutch training camp and holds open practice in Lakatamia

Following the conclusion of their primary training camp in the Netherlands, APOEL has returned to Cyprus to finalize preparations for the upcoming competitive season. During the overseas phase, the team played several friendlies, including matches against Al-Feiha and a 2-1 defeat to Fortuna Sittard. The club officially cancelled a previously scheduled friendly match against Karmiotissa. The team's next test is a home friendly against Kifisia, set for August 8 at 20:00 at the GSP Stadium, with tickets currently on sale.

On August 5, the club held an open practice session at the THOI Lakatamia stadium to connect with supporters during the centenary year of the club's founding. The event, attended by potential investor Savvas Liasis, drew a large crowd, with fans overflowing into the pitch area. Meanwhile, APOEL is in the final stages of negotiations to sign the 27-year-old Argentine midfielder Facundo Perez, who previously competed in the Greek league with Panetolikos and AE Larisa. Over 7,500 season tickets have been sold, signaling strong fan engagement for the season.
