Violent brawl at Amathounta beach parking leads to arrest

On Sunday, August 2, 2026, a 48-year-old man was attacked by a group of individuals at a beach parking area near a hotel in Amathounta, Limassol. The victim, who was with his family, reported that his access to the beach was blocked by a vehicle. Upon attempting to move the car, he allegedly caused minor damage to the vehicle, prompting a confrontation with the owner.
