Cyprus extends deadline for 'Rent vs Instalment' scheme

The Cypriot Ministry of Finance has officially announced an extension for the submission of applications under the 'Rent vs Instalment' scheme. The decision was prompted by sustained and increased public interest in the initiative. The new deadline for all interested parties to file their applications is set for Wednesday, September 30, 2026.

Applicants can access the necessary documentation and forms through the official website of the Cyprus Asset Management Company (KEDIPES) at kedipes.com.cy. Additionally, physical copies of the application forms are available at various KEDIPES district offices located in Nicosia (Gregori Afxentiou 7), Limassol (Gladstonos 97, Oasis Complex), Larnaca (Georgiou Christodoulidi 5), Paphos (Kinyra 7), and Paralimni (Griva Digeni 4). The scheme is designed to support homeowners through asset management solutions managed by KEDIPES.
