Cyprus extends application period for the Rent-for-Installment scheme

The Cypriot Ministry of Finance has extended the deadline for submitting applications for the 'Rent-for-Installment' scheme until September 30, 2026. Although the original deadline was set for July 31, officials decided to grant an extension due to increased public interest in the program. This initiative, which was relaunched on May 4, aims to provide a vital solution for citizens at risk of losing their primary residence.

Interested parties can obtain application forms via the official KEDIPES website or in person at designated regional offices in Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca, Paphos, and Paralimni. Completed applications must be submitted in paper format to one of these KEDIPES locations.
