Fatal stabbing of 19-year-old in Istanbul following social media dispute

A 19-year-old man, identified as Ali Anzo, was fatally stabbed during a violent confrontation in the Fatih district of Istanbul early Monday morning. The incident occurred when groups of youths gathered in a local park, reportedly attempting to reconcile following a dispute that originated on social media.

Security camera footage captured the gathering and the subsequent escalation, which resulted in Anzo suffering a fatal stab wound to the heart. His father arrived at the scene shortly after the attack but stated that his son had already passed away before reaching the hospital. Another youth, Ali Hilal, was also injured in the clash and remains in critical condition. Authorities have arrested eight individuals in connection with the incident, and an investigation into the circumstances of the brawl is currently ongoing.
