Olympiakos Nicosia signs midfielder Konstantinos Christou

Olympiakos Nicosia officially announced the signing of Cypriot midfielder Konstantinos Christou on August 6, 2026. The player has signed a one-year contract with the club for the 2026–2027 season, joining the team to bolster its midfield options.

Christou is a product of the Omonia Nicosia youth academy and previously played for the West Virginia University team in the United States, where he spent three years, recorded 65 appearances, scored one goal, and provided eight assists while serving as team captain. He has also represented Cyprus at the U19 and U21 international levels. Christou is the brother of former Olympiakos player Andreas Christou. His addition to the squad is intended to strengthen the team's roster for the upcoming season.
