Karaiskakio Foundation announces anniversary fundraiser in Paphos

The Karaiskakio Foundation will host a 'Dinner For Life' fundraising event on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at 8:00 PM. The event will take place outdoors at Paphos Town Hall to commemorate the organization's 30th anniversary of continuous humanitarian service. The evening will feature a performance by artist Constantinos Christoforou and the band ONE.

Proceeds from the dinner are dedicated to supporting the foundation's Paediatric Cancer Screening and Diagnosis Programme. Early diagnosis is emphasized as a critical factor in treating childhood cancer. The foundation is recognized as a leading multidisciplinary center, holding the world record for the largest bone marrow donor registry per capita, with nearly 25% of the Cypriot population registered as volunteer donors. To date, the organization's efforts have facilitated life-saving transplants for over 950 patients across 36 countries.
