Food delivery driver assaulted and robbed in Limassol

A 23-year-old food delivery worker was the victim of a robbery early on Saturday morning in the Agios Sylas area of Limassol. At approximately 1:30 a.m., the victim was reportedly attacked by two unidentified young individuals while attempting to complete a delivery.

The perpetrators physically assaulted the delivery worker, causing abrasions to his hands, before stealing his food order, his mobile phone, and an undisclosed small amount of cash. Following the incident, the attackers fled the scene in an unknown direction.

The Limassol Criminal Investigation Department (CID) has officially launched an investigation into the assault. Authorities are currently reviewing the incident and searching for the suspects to bring them to justice. No arrests have been reported as of the latest update.
