Police in Limassol search for two wanted suspects in separate criminal cases

The Cyprus Police have issued public appeals for information leading to the arrest of two individuals wanted in connection with separate criminal investigations in the Limassol district. The authorities are seeking 36-year-old Ukrainian national Artur Landau, born on August 24, 1989, who is suspected of involvement in a car theft that occurred on August 1, 2026. A warrant for his arrest was issued after his identity was confirmed following an initial release of his photograph to the public on August 5.

Simultaneously, law enforcement is searching for 54-year-old Georgian national Davit Gerliani. He is wanted for questioning regarding two separate cases of residential burglary and theft, which were reported to have taken place on December 27, 2024, and December 18, 2025, respectively. Investigations into these matters are currently ongoing.

The Police have requested that anyone with relevant information contact the Limassol Criminal Investigation Department (CID) at 25-805057, their local police station, or the Citizen’s Hotline at 1460. These individuals remain at large, and the authorities continue their search efforts to locate and apprehend the suspects.
