Levadiakos expresses interest in Omonia midfielder Ioannis Kousoulos

Levadiakos, managed by Ilias Charalampous, has reportedly identified 30-year-old Cyprus international midfielder Ioannis Kousoulos as a primary transfer target. The manager aims to utilize Kousoulos’s experience to bolster his team's midfield, though no official offer has yet been submitted to his current club, Omonia Nicosia.

Kousoulos, who has been with Omonia for eight years, is currently under contract until the summer of 2027. While he has earned respect from both the coaching staff and the fans, he is not considered a guaranteed starter in Henning Berg's current rotation. Consequently, at age 30, the player is reportedly evaluating his career options for his final professional years.

Any potential transfer remains in the preliminary stages. Negotiations between the two clubs are not expected to commence until Omonia concludes its current European tournament obligations. Omonia retains full control over the player's immediate future due to his existing long-term contract.
