Freedom Holding Corp reports first quarter 2027 financial results
Freedom Holding Corp, the parent company of Freedom24, announced its financial results for the first quarter of the 2027 fiscal year, covering the period ending June 30, 2026. The Nasdaq-listed firm reported a 40 per cent year-on-year increase in total net revenue, reaching $732.5 million compared to $524 million in the same period last year. Growth was largely attributed to strong performance in the group’s brokerage and banking divisions.
Despite the significant revenue surge, the company’s net income declined to $31.7 million, or $0.52 per diluted share, down from $37.4 million or $0.61 per share reported in the prior year. Total assets grew to $14 billion from $13.2 billion at the end of March. Operational highlights included a 60 per cent rise in brokerage revenue to $282.6 million and a 54 per cent increase in banking revenue to $225.2 million. The total customer base across banking, brokerage, insurance, and other segments reached 8.743 million, with retail brokerage clients alone growing to 874,000.
Founder and CEO Timur Turlov stated that the results reflect the strength of the company’s diversified business model. The firm continues to focus on expansion into new markets and lines of business, maintaining its momentum across the Freedom ecosystem.
