Obituary announcements for Christofis Damianou and Andreas Filokyprou

Two funeral services are scheduled in Cyprus for individuals who passed away on Monday, August 10, 2026. The first service will be held for 81-year-old Christofis Damianou from Dieronas, who died on August 10. His funeral is scheduled for Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. at the Holy Church of Archangel Michael in Dieronas. Donations in his memory may be made to the church.

Separately, the funeral for 75-year-old Andreas Filokyprou, originally from Kaminaria and a resident of Nicosia, will take place on Thursday, August 13, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. The service will be held at the Holy Church of Agios Panteleimon in the Archangelos area of Nicosia. The family will begin receiving condolences at 10:30 a.m. Both men are survived by their children and other extended family members who have invited those wishing to honor their memory to attend the respective services.
