Scheduled water supply interruption in central Limassol on August 14

A scheduled water supply interruption will take place in central Limassol on Friday, August 14, to facilitate ongoing network infrastructure upgrades. The Limassol District Local Government Organisation (EOA) announced that the water outage is part of a broader project to replace the city's aging water supply network under Contract 10/2025.

The service disruption is scheduled to last from 07:00 to 13:00 and will affect the area situated north of the B’ Technical School. Specifically, residents on the following streets will experience water loss: Filippou Konstantinidi, Vasiliou Kousouli, Ypolochagou Nikolaou Papageorgiou, Nikolaou Lazarou, Leonida Christodoulou, Lochagou Kapota, Revekka, Agiou Andronikou, Stravinsky, and part of Aiolou Street.

The EOA has advised residents in the affected zones to make necessary arrangements to ensure they have adequate water storage for their personal needs during the six-hour maintenance window.
