European Union implements new phase of AI Act regulations

As of August 2, 2026, the European Union has entered a critical new phase in the implementation and oversight of the AI Act. This regulatory framework aims to establish global standards for the development and usage of artificial intelligence systems, which have become integral to businesses, public services, and daily life.
